Sourced whiskey 60% Corn, 35% Rye, 5% Malted Barley, finished in Long Island Chardonnay and Merlot casks. Rich, earthy, almost petrolly aromas are a nice balance to the intense butterscotch and toffee notes. Some dry straw and green pepper.
