2018 | Raventos I Blanc 'De la Finca' Brut Nature | Catalonia Oberon Napa Valley dark fruit lingersThis deep yellow colored sparkling wine has a steady stream of small bubbles and a bouquet of Granny Smith apple and brioche. It offers good effervescence in the mouth, with flavors of green apple, lemon lime, baking bread, slivered almond and jasmine. A note of toasted almond shows on the otherwise bright finish. 93 Pts Wine Enthusiast
