H. Billiot Fils 'Essence de Billiot', Champagne, France 2016 Chateau Auguste the red and black fruit

the red and black fruit forms the core of this wine

It is a perfect evocation of the indulgence and pure simplicity of Chardonnay

Aromas of yellow fruits such as apricot and mirabelle plum meet lemon peel and the nuance of lily of the valley oil

This very appealing wine will continue to improve with another couple of years in the cellar

cordial-like fruit through the long
