Domaine Elodie Roy Maranges ‘Le Goty’ 2023 Size::6 Bottle Case Domaine Séguinot‑Bordet Chablis Grand Cru

Domaine Séguinot‑Bordet Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir 2023 is a proper show‑stopper

They were hand-plunged to keep the ferment even and as gentle as possible

Intensely aromatic and wide in scope with shades of herbs and a cleansing bitterness - serve super cold and neat or stretch it with a little tonic

Khaledi describes the fruit as “simply majestic”

Thanks to this fabulous adaptability

Domaine Elodie Roy Maranges ‘Le Goty’ 2023 Size::6 Bottle Case Domaine Séguinot‑Bordet Chablis Grand CruElodie likes to separate this cuve from vines that sit next to Santenay Clos Rousseau as its individuality of flavours are too dominant to blend with her other parcels. The berries from this site are very small and intense, so she whole cluster vinifies 80% of the fruit. With heaps of dark alpine fruits, the tannins have a firm, granular personality, tremendous density of fruit and a very persistent finish.
