Manuelina Achillius Bonarda dell'Oltrepó Pavese DOP Brut (semi-sparkling) 2022 Serie_Gold-Rush Dishwasher safe for effortless cleaningThe Manuelina chillius Bonarda dell'Oltrepo Pavese DOC Brut is a full bodied red wine made from the Croatina grape with a delicate berry flavor. The grapes, hand harvested in the vineyards surrounding the winery, are destemmed and crushed. The must ferments in contact with the skins at a controlled temperature for a period that varies from year to year. We use selected yeasts to initiate alcoholic fermentation. The skins are then removed by pressing.
