Description

This is a terrific entry-level Barolo

The Vecchie Vigne shows lots of depth and textural weaving with dark berries and oak spice

The slate absorbs the sun's warming rays during the day and releases them back to the vines at night

complemented by layers of lavender

Give this about three or four years of bottle age

2018 Vin Saint Joseph - cerf-volant- Château Antoine Becheras Rhône-Nord This is a terrific entry-levelPowerful and concentrated, with a great nose of dark fruits and spices. The wine needs a lot of air and, despite decanting, only opens after hours. Spicy fruits, slightly overpowering tannins.
